Preheat oven to 375
3 cups canola oil for frying the french fries
4 to 5 potatoes cut lengthwise and fried
cajun seasoning
salt to taste
11/2 cups of pasta sauce (your choice)
1/2 cup green olives (optional)
banana pepper per your taste (optional)
Sliced hamburgers or kabobs
white sauce (enough to coat the top) please refer to my video on how to make the white sauce
1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese
1 bell pepper (color of your choice)
pepper to taste
sumac for garnishing
parsley for garnishing
salt to taste
Peel and slice the potatoes length wise and fry in canola oil until nice and golden then go ahead and layer that in a casserole dish, this is going to be our first layer (make sure and season the fries really well with salt pepper and cajun seasoning)
slice up the peeper and the kabobs while the fries are frying. On the first layer of the potatoes go ahead and lay the kabobs on the fries than spread the pasta sauce of your choice than start layering with red peppers,sliced olives, banana peppers and lastly the white sauce, make sure you coat it and top it with the cheese and put it in the oven on 375 degrees until the cheese melts. Garnish with dried parsley flakes and some sumac and if you want you can garnish the dish with more olives and peppers per your taste!!
