Ing for the pastry
2 cup oil for frying Avocado or any oil spray you would liker to use
3 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup water (don’t add all at one time, add little by little)
Method: Bind the dough with the above ingredients except for the oil and the avocado oil and let the dough rest for at least 25 minutes. Follow the video instructions on how to roll the dough and make it in the desired samosa design you like. If you are frying these then test the oil with a little dough and deep fry then until they are golden brown, if you are going to use the air fryer then start with putting it in at 350 for 5 minutes making sure to spray it with avocado oil, taker out and put it in for another 5 minutes at 350 at this time turn then around and put it in again for another 5 minutes at 350, take out and at this time if you want then to darken up then put it in at 400 for another 2 minutes.
