Method: Heat the water until it comes to a boil add the oil and salt as well as the penne and boil for 13 to 15 minutes depending on what your package says, let it cook uncovered until cooked, next marinate the shrimps with the ginger/garlic, garlic sauce, cajun seasoning, lemon pepper and the salt keep it aside to marinate while we make the Alfredo sauce. In a pot melt the butter and add the whipping cream and let it cook on med, add the cheese and pinch of salt as well as the lemon pepper, let the sauce come to one boil then lower the heat and let’s work on our shrimps. In a med pan add 1 tsp butter and let it melt, let the pan get nice and hot, add half of the shrimps and let the shrimps cook on once side then turn them and cook the other shrimps. Cook both the batches until all the marinade is dry, this should be cooked on high heat. Drain the pasta really well and transfer in a big bowl, add the shrimps and mix it really well until all the ingredients are combined really well. next add the Alfredo sauce in it and mix it really well, top with paprika, oregano, and some Italian seasoning.
