Smooth and silky really healthy homemade almond milk made with only two ingredients!
1 cup almonds soaked overnight
4 cups water
In a blender add the almonds and water in a blender and blend it till really smooth, take a bowl and put a strainer on top of the bowl and also put two paper towels on top of the sifter, add the almond milk and strain the mixture with the help of a spoon. slowly stir the mixture until it has left the pulp and then pick up the paper towel and squeeze out the rest of the milk slowly applying little pressure. Refrigerate the milk, this milk is good in the fridge for up to four days!
