How to make plain rice and kick it up a notch by jazzing it up with different herbs and spring onions!!

Recipe:
For every 1 cup of rice you use you need 1 1/2 cup of water
so if you use 2 cups of rice you will need 3 cups of water.
Rinse and strain the rice, and in a sauce pan boil water with salt (to taste) and drizzle from 1 to 2 tbsp of olive oil, than add the rice and wait for it to bubble again than cover and let cook for 15 min until all the water has disappeared, fluff the rice with a fork turn the sauce pan and cover, let cook for 5 more min. Turn heat off and garnish!!!!
