melted caramel
2 tbsp whipping cream
melted chocolate
Method:
Make sure and roast or bake your pecans, melt your caramel and melt your chocolate and keep everything aside to start assembling the candy. Ipn a large cookie sheet line it with parchment paper, start putting down 4 to 5 pecans to make a circle, add a dollop of melted caramel in the middle of the pecans and let it cool. Next on top of the caramel spread some melted chocolate and let everything cool really well.
