Crispy Flat Bread fried to perfection for a savory snack that can be enjoyed anytime of the day!
Recipe:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 tsp of ginger (fresh)
1 tsp of garlic (fresh)
1 tsp green chutney
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tbsp dried cilantro flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
enough water to bind the dough
Method:
Mix all the dry ing and than add the olive oil mix and than bind the dough with enough water to make a pliable dough. Let rest for 20 min than roll the dough out and make desired shapes and fry. Enjoy!!
