A no carb healthy crunchy salad with very tasty and delicious bite sized kabobs!
Ing:
For the salad
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 med sized lemon juice
salt to taste
Mix the dressing well add
1/2 apple slivered in thin strips
1 cup coleslaw
1/4 of an onion sliced thin
1/4 tsp black pepper
Add all the ingredients to the dressing and let marinate till the kabobs are ready.
For the kabobs
1 lbs ground beef
1 tsp fresh ginger and garlic
1/4 fresh onion shredded
1/2 tsp pizza flakes
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1 tbsp fresh or dried coriander
If you choose to smoke it you will need
1 coal heated
1/2 tsp oil anything but olive oil
Method:
In a frying add about 1 tbsp olive oil, and roll the kabobs in small meat balls until they are cooked through! Once done turn the stove off and put a small piece of foil in the middle of the kabobs and add the coal then slowly add a couple drops of oil and cover the pan for about 1 to 2 minutes. Make sure you dispose the coal properly. Lastly put the salad in a nice plate and place the kabobs on top and enjoy!
