Very smooth and tangy tamarind chutney that accompanies any appetizer or even goes great with potato chips
Ing:
your choice of tamarind paste/concentrate (seedless)
baking dates (optional)
brown sugar
salt to taste
cayenne
hot boiling water
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a big pot let it boil for 45 min or even more then strain the mixture to get rid of the bits of pulps in it. Once cooled you can save it in the refrigerator for 3 months and you can freeze it for a year
