Homemade corn soup without all the preservatives and all the taste thats going to make you want more.
3 cups home made Chicken Stock
4 cups Water
3 Eggs well beaten
2 15 oz can of canned Corn
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Dried Chives for garnish (optional)
Empty the stock in a sauce pan and heat it up add water, and corn make sure it comes to a boil than with a hand blender make sure you blend it well than add the egg mixture really slowly and keep on stirring nicely. You want to make sure it boils one more time than do a taste test and add salt and pepper per your taste.
