This is my mom’s specialty sweet crispy coleslaw with savory shredded meat on a soft hamburger bun!
Ing:
Hamburger Buns
For the meat
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp fresh Ginger
1tsp fresh Garlic
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Green Chutney
1/2 tsp turmeric
4 to 5 Curry Leaves
Sambal Chutney (optional)
2 cups boiled Meat
1 tsp Tomato paste

Salt to taste
Fresh ground Pepper to taste
Coleslaw Ing:
1 to 2 16 oz bags of Coleslaw mix
2 tbsp sugar might need more depending on your taste
1/2 cup fat free Sour cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Sambal chili sauce per your taste
Method:
Make the coleslaw and leave it on the side so it gets nice and soft.
In a pan heat the olive oil and add the mustard seeds until they pop, now go ahead and add
all the other ingredients and let cool! than put them in hamburger buns and enjoy!
